If you find one or more of these symbols below the description of a dish, it means that that dish contains the allergen. If the symbol is light gray, it means that the plate «may contain» or «may contain traces» of the allergen.
Note: Due to the nature of our work in the pizzeria and in the kitchen we cannot guarantee total absence (ppm) of gluten or other allergens in any dish.

APPETIZERS
Three slices of toasted bread with three different toppings, one with fresh cherry tomatoes, one with tomato sauce, parmesan cheese and mozzarella and one with porcini mushroom cream, courgette, champignon, smoked cheese and Italian bacon.
Clams sautéed in vine garlic and parsley.

Aubergine rolls stuffed with cheese and topped with tomato sauce.
Bresaola is air-dried, salted cured beef, served thinly sliced with olive oil, grana padano cheese, rucola, walnuts.

Pasta salad with pesto genovese, mozzarella cheese, tomatoes & pine nuts.

PASTAS
Information: in almost all of our pastas there is cheese, if you do not want it tell the waiter/ess Carbonara: Our carbonara is made accordingly to the original Italian recipe, due to its ingredients it has a strong and salty taste, it is not a plate for kids unless they are used to such flavours.
The Classics
The simple tomato sauce with a little garlic, basil and grated cheese.

Trofie and pesto are a pasta and a sauce of basil typical of Genoa made one for each other (in the sauce there is cheese).

Our recipes
Paccheri (a type of pasta) with squid, shrimp, mussels, clams, eggs and grana Padano cheese.
With tomato sauce, bechamel, aubergine, courgette, mushrooms, onions, leek and cheese.
Seasoned with pistachios pesto and topped with a crudité of tuna fillet citrus flavored (in the sauce there is cheese).

Stuffed pastas
Heart shaped tomato pasta stuffed with buffalo mozzarella cheese and basil, topped with a cream of grana padano cheese.
